Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorisations sometimes. These delays are outside of Kulture Shop's control. In some countries, you may need to allow additional time for your local customs generally.

Printing and color variations?

Due to the nature of screen to print resolution, please be aware that some color variations might occur.

What are "Giclée Prints"?

Giclée prints provide better colour accuracy than other means of reproduction. This ink-jet process uses the highest archival quality paper and ink. The quality of the giclee print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatin printing processes and is commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries.

What types of material and framing options do you offer?

You can read everything about our art products here ART OPTIONS GUIDE.

Art Prints Care

To prevent fading or color distortion, it’s best to hang your paper print in a cool, dry space and out of direct sunlight.

Remove dust by using either compressed air or by brushing lightly with a soft, lint-free, microfiber cloth.

Never use water or cleaning products of any kind to clean your paper print, as they will cause the inks to fade / run. Framing is always a good option to protect art prints from dust, water damage, and tears.

Always handle your art print by its edges. Hold each side equally to avoid bends and dimples.

Never stack anything on top of your paper print.

Giclée (Archival) Prints & Canvas Prints Care

Giclée (Archival) and Canvas prints are extremely delicate, so avoid touching the print surface with bare hands as the moisture and oils from your skin can affect print quality. To avoid damage hold prints by the edge or were cotton gloves while holding them.

Be careful not to scuff or scratch the image side of the print.

Store prints properly; protect them from airborne contaminants, extreme light levels and high temperatures.

We strongly recommend frame with mount to protect your giclée (archival) or canvas print, fully.

When displaying prints in frames, mount them under glass to minimise exposure to humidity, cigarette smoke and atmospheric contaminants.

Avoid placing prints in bright sunlight. Don’t display prints outdoors.

Remove dust gently with a dry, soft, lint-free, microfiber cloth.

Never use water or cleaning products of any kind to clean your giclée (archival) or canvas print, as they will distort and/or fade the color of the inks.
