You will also receive a follow-up email at the time your order has been picked up from our warehouse to let you know it is on its way to you. We understand the time between these notifications may feel long, but rest assured your order is being processed.

  • We are shipping collector boxes from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after receiving orders. Following that, please allow an additional 4-5 days for domestic and 8-10 business days for international orders to be delivered to you via our trusted courier service.
