SHIRIN JOHARI

The Hinglish Project

Size Guide
Art Size Guide

Despite the superficial distinctiveness of English and Hindi, the two borrow from the same phonetic pool - they both belong to the Indo-European group of languages. Through Shirin Johari's unique fusion-font design, you can tell the phonetic sound of a Hindi character by looking at the corresponding Roman letter superimposed on it. The font cannot teach you how to read words as they are spelt in Hindi, but it aims to demystify individual letters in its script and make the language more approachable.

CARE

Art & Canvas prints are delicate, Giclée(Archival) prints are extremely delicate. We strongly recommend mounted frame to protect your Giclée (Archival) print fully.

Avoid touching the print surface with bare hands as the moisture and oils from your skin can affect print quality. To avoid damage hold prints by the edge or wear cotton gloves while holding them. Be careful not to scuff or scratch the image side of the print. Store prints properly; protect them from airborne contaminants, extreme light levels and high temperatures. Avoid placing prints in bright sunlight. Don’t display prints outdoors. When displaying prints in frames, put them under acrylic/glass to minimise exposure to humidity, cigarette smoke and atmospheric contaminants.
