PayPal has expanded its India presence with the introduction of its third global technology centre in Hyderabad, the City of Pearls. Nasdaq-listed online payment solutions provider’s other centres in the country are present in Chennai and Bengaluru. 

 “The India technology centre is the largest for PayPal outside the US and works on technologies ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning to the blockchain”

The Hyderabad office was designed to house 100 engineersacross roles, including risk management and operationswithin a cutting-edge global office environment.

THE BRIEF

California-based art advisory Danielle Whol Art, working alongside Global workplace design firm M Moser, approached Kulture Shop with a brief to create a Hyderabad-inspired mural for a wall with stadium-seating located in their dining area. They were looking to capture the essence of Old and New Hyderabad in the mural.

THE SOLUTION

We brought on one of our Select artists, Broti Bhattacharya who is known for his black and white intricate line work style illustrations of cityscapes, to illustrate the old and the new influences of the city. We did this by bringing together Mogul architecture reflecting the history of India and modern architecture reflecting the contemporary landscape of Hyderabad.
